Nowitzki, who missed the last two games with an ankle injury, played 28 minutes and shot 8-of-15 from the field. He made 2-of-6 from beyond the arc for Dallas, which improved to 12-0 at home this season. The German suffered a high ankle sprain in a blowout win over the Los Angeles Clippers on December 10. Nowitzki sustained the sprain when teammate Popeye Jones fell to the floor and rolled onto his leg. |
