Milan, Italy (My Sportsbook) - Giampaolo Pazzini and Yuto Nagatomo scored on each side of halftime as Inter Milan won for the third time in its last four Serie A matches, 2-0 over Fiorentina on Saturday at San Siro.
Inter won for just the fifth time this season as it continues to recover from a poor start, and surged from just above the relegation zone into the top half of the standings in ninth.
Fiorentina lost for the third time in its last five games and sits 14th in the table.
Pazzini opened the scoring in the 41st minute when Philippe Coutinho played a ball into the left side of the area, where Pazzini worked around Cesare Natali to reach the one-hopper and finished to the near post.
Nagatomo added the second goal 4 minutes after half, as he finished a right- footed shot to the bottom left, helping Inter lock up its third home win after seven matches at the San Siro this season.
Lazio 3, Lecce 2
Lecce, Italy - Miroslav Klose scored twice, including the match-winner in the 87th minute, as Lazio edged last-place Lecce 3-2 on Saturday at Stadio Via del Mare to climb to second place in Serie A.
David Di Michele gave Lecce a surprise lead after 12 minute with a penalty, as the hosts looked for their first home win of the season.
But Klose pulled the goal back on 28 minutes off an assist from Mobido Diakite and turned provider for Lorik Cana 2 minutes after halftime. Stefano Ferrario put Lecce on level terms just before the hour mark, then Klose struck again.
Djibril Cisse delivered the cross and Klose headed into the bottom-left corner from about 10 yards for his eighth goal of the season, which leaves him just two off the league lead.
Lazio remained unbeaten on the road with its fifth win against just two draws, while Lecce, which lost its fourth straight, lost for the sixth time against a draw at home.
Genoa 2, Siena 0
Siena, Italy - Marco Rossi and Rodrigo Palacio scored after halftime as Genoa snapped a two-game losing skid with a 2-0 win over Siena on Saturday in Stadio Comunale in Serie A.
Rossi opened the scoring on 57 minutes with a conversion from inside the area to the middle of the goal, and Palacio sealed three points in stoppage time as he turned Alexander Merkel's pass from the middle of the box into the net.
Genoa won for the second time in seven road games this season, and moved up to seventh in the table. Siena lost its third straight and for the fourth time in a five-game winless skid as it slipped to 17th in the standings.
Cesena 1, Palermo 0
Palermo, Italy - Adrian Mutu scored in the 63rd minute as Cesena won for the third time in its last four matches to hand Palermo its first home loss of the season, 1-0 on Saturday at Stadio Renzo Barbera in Serie A.
Cesena climbed to 18th as it moved closer to safety, while Palermo dropped its second match in its last four and remained sixth in the table.
