Fort Collins, CO (My Sportsbook) - Colorado State quarterback Bradlee Van Pelt was arrested and charged with misdemeanor harassment early Friday morning. He was outside a popular night club shortly after 3:30 a.m. (et), and taken into police custody. Van Pelt was accused as the instigator in a verbal disturbance. Van Pelt was released on a $150 bond, and is scheduled to appear in Fort Collins Municipal Court on January 13. The junior quarterback was named the Mountain West Conference offensive player of the year after he led the Rams to the conference title this season. Colorado State (10-3) will play in the Liberty Bowl on December 31 against TCU (9-3), the co-champions of Conference USA.
