Minneapolis, MN (My Sportsbook) - The Minnesota Lynx re-signed forward Svetlana Abrosimova on Monday. As per club policy, terms were not released.

Abrosimova, a native of Russia, has spent all four years of her WNBA career with the Lynx after Minnesota selected her with the seventh overall pick in the 2001 draft.

"Svetlana has been an important part of our organization for the past four seasons and we're happy about keeping her in a Minnesota Lynx uniform," said chief operating officer Roger Griffith. "She is a proven scorer in this league and a talented all-around player."

In 105 career games, including 86 starts, Abrosimova has averaged 10.7 points and 5.1 rebounds per contest. She enjoyed her best campaign as a rookie in 2001, posting averages of 13.2 points and 6.7 boards per outing.
