Jujuy, Argentina (My Sportsbook) - Josue Martinez and Joel Campbell scored in the second half as Costa Rica beat 10-man Bolivia, 2-0, in the Copa America on Thursday night. Martinez scored in the 60th and Campbell scored in the 79th, eight minutes after Bolivia's Ronald Rivero was sent off, as Costa Rica climbed to second in Group A and positioned itself for a berth in the knockout round. Colombia leads the group with four points, followed by Costa Rica with three. Argentina is third on two points and Bolivia is last with one point. Only the top two teams are guaranteed to advance.
