Zurich, Switzerland (My Sportsbook) - Mexico used its win in the Gold Cup to jump 19 places in the latest edition of the FIFA/Coca-Cola Men's World Rankings, which were released on Wednesday.

The rankings saw a significant amount of change throughout the top 50, with the top two sides, Spain and the Netherlands, remaining the same.

Germany moved up one place to third while England (4th, up 2) jumped ahead of Brazil (5th down 2) inside the top five.

The rest of the top 10 is made up of Italy, Portugal, Croatia, Mexico and Argentina respectively.

Outside of Mexico, the other sides who made big jumps in this month's rankings were Montenegro (16th, up 8), Jamaica (38th, up 17) and Belarus (40th, up 13), while Uruguay (18th, down 11), Chile (27th, down 14) and Ghana (33rd, down 18) each slipped.

The United States (24th, down 2) dropped down just two places after its Gold Cup loss to Mexico, but the Americans are now no longer the highest rated team in the CONCACAF region and have a bit of a gap to make up on their neighbors to the south.

The next edition of the FIFA/Coca-Cola Men's World Rankings will be released on Wednesday, July 27.
