Tiffany Jackson added 12 points, including the go-ahead layup midway through the fourth quarter, and had five rebounds for the Shock, who ended a 12-game skid and won for the first time since June 4. Chamique Holdsclaw poured in a game-high 20 points, pulled down eight rebounds and added six steals for the Silver Stars, who have dropped three in a row and five of their last six. Becky Hammon chipped in 18 points and Sophia Young scored 11 points and had a dozen caroms for San Antonio, which shot a paltry 26-of-67 (38.8 percent) from the floor. |
