Pullman, WA (My Sportsbook) - Washington State quarterback Jason Gesser is listed as questionable for Saturday's contest at UCLA. Gesser injured his right leg in the fourth quarter in a 29-26 triple-overtime loss to Washington on November 23. Gesser finished with 226 yards on 14- of-24 passing with one interception and one touchdown. Matt Kegel, who filled in for Gesser, completed five of his seven passes for 20 yards with one interception. Gesser was walking normally on Sunday and is expected to participate in warmup and throwing drills when the Cougars resume practice Tuesday. But Kegel, who is 1-1 in two starts, will take the majority of the snaps with the starting lineup this week for the No. 7 Cougars, who need a victory over the Bruins to clinch the Pac-10 title and a berth in the Rose Bowl. In 11 games this season, Gesser has completed 204-of-344 passes for 2,922 yards with 25 touchdown passes and nine interceptions.
