Hamilton, Ontario (My Sportsbook) - Hamilton Tiger-Cats slotback Archie Amerson underwent surgery to repair torn cartilage in his left knee and is expected to miss the last two games of the regular season. The Northern Arizona product has 47 receptions for 894 yards and five touchdowns this season. Amerson, who led the team in receiving yards the past two years, had the procedure performed on Monday. Hamilton (8-7) is aiming to overtake Toronto (9-6) for second place and home field advantage in the Eastern Conference semifinal. The Tiger-Cats and Argonauts square off Thursday at SkyDome.
