Colorado Springs, CO (My Sportsbook) - American ice dancers Tanith Belbin and Ben Agosto have announced their retirement from competitive figure skating. Belbin and Agosto won the silver medal at the 2006 Olympics in Torino and finished fourth at the 2010 Games in Vancouver. "We have accomplished and surpassed so many of our goals, from participating in two Olympic Games to pushing ourselves and developing our skills in this sport we love so much," said Belbin. "We feel we can move on from our competitive careers without regret." Belbin and Agosto won the U.S. crown five straight years from 2004-08. The duo also captured four world championship medals -- silver in 2005 and 2009, and bronze in 2006 and 2007.
