Orchard Park, NY (My Sportsbook) - The Buffalo Bills have signed free agent linebacker Andra Davis to a multi-year contract. Davis spent last season with Denver after a seven-year run to begin his pro career with Cleveland, which made him a fifth-round selection in 2002 out of Florida. The 31-year-old posted a second straight season with 90 tackles in 2009 and had 3 1/2 sacks in 16 games (13 starts) for the Broncos. "I'm very excited," Davis was quoted on the team's website as saying Tuesday. "It's definitely a great feeling. I'm happy to be here. What closed the deal was the fact that I felt very welcome. It's a blessing and I'm happy this whole situation is over with. Now I'm focused on helping the team achieve the next step." The durable Davis has competed in 16 games in all but two of his nine seasons in the league. He posted a career-high 149 tackles in 2005 with two sacks and logged a career-best five sacks in 2003 when he also compiled 136 tackles.
