Philadelphia, PA (My Sportsbook) - Ernie Els' victory Sunday at the WGC-CA Championship vaulted the former world No. 1 back into the top 10 of this week's world golf rankings. Els' win at Doral moved the three-time major winner up 12 spots to No. 8 this week. Tiger Woods, who announced on Tuesday he will return to competitive golf at the Masters, remained in first followed by Steve Stricker, Phil Mickelson and Lee Westwood. Paul Casey and Ian Poulter switched places from last week with Casey in fifth and Poulter sixth. German Martin Kaymer moved up one to No. 7, followed by Els. Jim Furyk sank two to ninth followed by Padraig Harrington, who climbed three notches to No. 10. Rory McIlroy fell two to 11th, while Camilo Villegas stayed at No. 12. Geoff Ogilvy dropped two to 13th, but Henrik Stenson fell four to 14th. Robert Allenby held on to the 15th spot, while Kenny Perry wound up down two to 16th. Sergio Garcia went down one to 17, but Sean O'Hair inched up a spot to 18th. Retief Goosen and Stewart Cink both sank two places to round out the top 20. Derek Lamely, who earned his first PGA Tour victory on Monday at the Puerto Rico Open, shot up 104 places to No. 103.
