LUBBOCK, Texas (AP) -Mike Leach is sitting across from his accuser as Craig James gives sworn testimony in the former coach's lawsuit against Texas Tech. James, whose complaint of mistreatment of his son led to Leach's firing, declined to comment Saturday as he walked into the university's administration building before his deposition. Leach, who gave more than five hours of sworn testimony Friday, declined to comment. He said ``I'm not allowed to'' when asked if he would be questioning James. The university fired Leach on Dec. 30, two days after suspending him amid allegations that he mistreated James' son, Adam, who had suffered a concussion.
