New York, NY (My Sportsbook) - Denver Nuggets guard Chauncey Billups has been selected to replace injured Hornets guard Chris Paul in the 2010 NBA All-Star Game, commissioner David Stern announced Wednesday. Paul was forced to pull out of the contest after injuring his knee, which will require surgery that will sideline him indefinitely. Billups will be making his fifth All-Star appearance. In 40 games this year for the Nuggets, Billups is averaging 19.4 points and 6.2 assists. The All-Star Game will take place on February 14 at Cowboys Stadium in Arlington. |
