Toronto, ON (My Sportsbook) - Tampa Bay Lightning forward Evgeny Artyukhin was suspended for two games without pay by the NHL on Monday for an incident in Saturday's game against the Florida Panthers. Late in the second period of the 4-3 loss to Florida, Artyukhin committed a knee-to-knee hit on Panthers forward Ville Peltonen and was given a tripping minor. The Russian will forfeit $10,215.06 to the Players' Emergency Assistance Fund for the infraction and is not eligible to return to action until January 27, when the Lightning resume their post-All-Star break schedule by hosting the Montreal Canadiens.
