=== Nashville Predators Team Report - February 24 === (My Sportsbook) - The Nashville Predators' offense had been powerful before running into Cristobal Huet and the Los Angeles Kings on Monday evening at the Staples Center. Huet made 21 saves to lift the Kings to a 3-0 blanking, while Ian LaPerriere scored twice. The Kings have 69 points and are now tied with Nashville for sixth place in the Western Conference playoff race. Dallas is one point ahead of the teams, while Calgary is one back. Tomas Vokoun made 16 saves between the pipes for Nashville, which saw its three-game win streak come to an end due to a lack of offense. That hadn't been a problem for the Predators recently, as they came into the contest outscoring their opponents 18-7 in their previous three outings. However, Nashville has recorded just one goal in four games (0-3-1) against the Kings this season. Steve Sullivan had his first scoreless game as a Predators. The speedy Sullivan, who won NHL Player of the Week honors, had five goals and five assists in three games since being acquired in a trade from Chicago last Monday. The Predators begin a three-game homestand against the Minnesota Wild on Thursday.
