To draw a card higher than the dealer's!
This will take you back to your childhood and that game of War. Who will
draw the highest card. The casino version is no different, except that
the game is played with six decks. Cards are ranked as in poker, but aces
are always high. The suit is not important.
You make a bet and then get a card. Your card is compared to the dealer's
card. If your card is higher, you win. If the dealer's card is higher,
he wins. If you tie with the dealer, you can either surrender and forfeit
half the bet, or go to WAR!
Going to war means raising your bet by an amount equal to the original
bet. The dealer does the same, but only for show. The dealer then burns
three cards and gives you another card. If your second card equals or
beats the dealer, you win even money on the raise and the original bet
is a push. If the dealer's second card is greater, you lose both bets.
A tie bet may pay 10 to 1 if the cards tie.
