| e Bucks forward Desmond Mason will miss six to eight weeks due to a torn ligament in his left thumb, the team announced Friday. Mason suffered the injury in the second quarter of the Bucks 102-89 loss to Sacramento Wednesday. The 30-year-old will undergo surgery Saturday. Mason, in his eighth year out of Oklahoma State, is averaging 8.0 points and 3.9 rebounds per game this season. For his career, the 6-5 swingman has averaged 12.5 points and 4.5 boards with the Bucks, New Orleans Hornets and Seattle SuperSonics. |
