| Houston, TX (MySportsbook) - The Houston Texans released veteran wide receiver Derrick Mason on Monday. The Texans acquired Mason from the New York Jets in October for an undisclosed draft pick. The 37-year-old has 19 catches for 170 yards in 12 combined games this season. Mason signed with the Jets in August after spending the previous six seasons with Baltimore.
