DAVIE, Fla. (AP) - Veteran tackle Ray Willis has signed with the Miami Dolphins after missing last season because of a knee injury. Willis was a disappointment with the Seattle Seahawks, who took him in the fourth round of the 2005 draft. He started 26 games for the Seahawks, including all 16 in 2009.
