Riddle led the SoCon in passing yardage in all four of his seasons from 2007-10 and graduated as the holder of 41 NCAA, SoCon or Elon records. His 13,264 passing yards are the fifth-highest total by an FCS quarterback. Two members of this past year's Elon senior class, offensive lineman Rodney Austin and linebacker Joshua Jones, recently inked NFL contracts with the Detroit Lions and Jacksonville Jaguars, respectively. |

Palmer, the younger brother of Oakland quarterback Carson, spent four seasons as a backup in Cincinnati and will join a depth chart in Jacksonville that features Blaine Gabbert and Chad Henne. | Jacksonville, FL (MySportsbook) - The Jacksonville Jaguars have released cornerback Drew Coleman. After five seasons with the New York Jets, Coleman signed with Jacksonville as a free agent last July and played all 16 games, starting four, in 2011. He compiled 46 tackles with two interceptions and a pair of sacks. Coleman, a sixth-round pick by the Jets in 2006 out of TCU, has 165 career tackles and four interceptions in his six-year career. |
